Approved authors can participate in a transparent monthly revenue pool. Publishing approval, trusted readership and quality matter; raw refreshes and anonymous traffic do not.
How it works
One pool, allocated after verification.
After each month closes, 20% of net eligible paid display and video advertising revenue forms the author pool. Eligible revenue is recognized from paid display and video campaigns with recorded payment details after refunds and credits; house ads contribute zero. If a month has no recognized eligible paid-ad revenue, the base pool and author earnings are USD 0 regardless of reads. The pool is then allocated among qualifying published work, not promised as a fixed dollar rate per 1,000 reads.
1. Publish
Submit original, genuinely human-written, evidence-aware career guidance or sourced Career News for editorial review.
2. Build trusted readership
Signed-in, email-verified readers must actively read for a minimum server-timed period, scroll meaningfully and pass uniqueness and risk controls.
3. Month-close review
Invalid traffic, self-reads, bots, replayed events and suspicious account or network activity are excluded or held for review.
4. Earn and request
Finalized balances carry forward. At USD 500, the secure payout button appears for manual Wise or IBAN processing.
Quality allocation
Strong engagement earns a stronger weight.
Verified reads receive a tier weight from 2 to 5 based on active reading time, completion, meaningful reader response and sample confidence. The tier is an allocation weight inside the fixed monthly pool; it is not USD 2–5 per thousand reads and it is never a guaranteed rate.
- One eligible reader/article/month; duplicate refreshes do not multiply earnings.
- Author self-reads, known automation and high-risk delivery are excluded.
- Raw public analytics remain visible but cannot create a financial liability.
- Final statements can receive auditable invalid-traffic or finance adjustments.

Contributors must use their real professional identity, cite credible sources where relevant, disclose conflicts and sponsored relationships, respect image rights and cooperate with corrections. No guaranteed income, traffic or search visibility.
Earnings depend on finalized eligible paid-ad revenue, valid reader activity, programme eligibility and the relative performance of all qualifying work in that month. Google Search, Discover, News or AI-search inclusion is never promised.
