Requirements for writers submitting work to World Careers Hub.

100% original, unique human-written work
Every submission must be 100% original, unique and genuinely human-written by the named contributor for World Careers Hub. Do not submit copied, scraped, spun, synonym-rewritten, mass-republished or AI-generated material as human authorship. If substantially similar work has appeared elsewhere, disclose that before submission.
Named authorship and accountability
Use your real publishing name and provide accurate profile information. Do not impersonate another person, organisation or expert. If you rely on your own professional experience, describe it accurately and do not invent credentials, testing, interviews or first-hand experience.
Responsible career coverage
Articles should provide practical guidance and avoid guaranteed jobs, visas, salaries, admissions, scholarships, traffic or financial outcomes. Fabricated vacancies, recruitment-fee schemes, unsafe advice and deceptive urgency are not accepted.
Evidence and citations
Use credible sources for factual claims and prefer official or primary sources for regulations, immigration, labour rules, salaries, company announcements and deadlines. Statistics should identify the source and period. Quotations, research findings and third-party claims must be attributed accurately.
Featured images and rights
Featured images must be relevant and at least 1200 pixels wide for publication quality. You must own the image or use a properly licensed or royalty-free image that permits publication and, where applicable, commercial editorial use. Original imagery is preferred. Keep licence or permission evidence and provide it if requested. Do not upload watermarked, stolen, misleading or ambiguously licensed images.
Search-quality and reputation safeguards
Write for readers, not for ranking manipulation. Keyword stuffing, doorway-style pages, link schemes, paid do-follow links, disguised advertorials and submissions whose primary purpose is to exploit World Careers Hub's search reputation are prohibited. A contributor relationship never guarantees indexing, ranking, Discover, Google News or traffic.
Outbound links
Contributor-supplied external links are treated as user-generated references and are protected with UGC and nofollow attributes by default. World Careers Hub, Trend Nova World and Dev Global Jobs links may remain ordinary follow links. Editors may approve a specific external reference as editorial follow only after review, while paid or commercial links are marked sponsored and nofollow.
Editing, attribution and publication
Our team may edit structure, grammar, formatting, links, excerpts, headlines, SEO fields and factual wording. Submission does not guarantee publication. Approved work may be published with the contributor's supplied name and author profile, and may be updated or corrected after publication.
Rights declaration and withdrawal
By submitting, you confirm the text is original and human-written, you have the right to publish every supplied element, the featured image is owned or properly licensed or royalty-free for publication, and your factual representations are made in good faith. Work may be rejected or removed for duplication, promotion, rights concerns or policy conflicts. Authors may request withdrawal before publication by contacting the editorial team.
Creator revenue pools, trusted outcomes and payouts
Approved authors may participate in a shared author pool equal to 20% of finalized monthly net eligible paid display and video advertising revenue. A separate affiliate pool, also equal to 20%, rewards verified outcomes from signed sharing links: fraud-reviewed trusted reading, verified member referrals and qualifying first paid advertiser conversions. If both pools are fully allocated, the planned maximum split is 20% authors, 20% affiliates and 60% publisher. If no eligible paid-ad revenue is recognized for a month, both base pools and creator earnings are USD 0 regardless of reads or referrals. House ads contribute no revenue, individual ads are not assigned to authors, and raw views, raw clicks, anonymous traffic, self-referrals, refreshes, bots, replayed events and manipulated activity do not earn. Author Tier 2–5 and affiliate outcome units are proportional allocation weights inside fixed pools, not guaranteed dollar-per-thousand rates. First valid affiliate attribution is stored securely for 30 days and suspicious account or network clusters are held for review. Author and affiliate balances, reservations and payout histories remain separate. Finalized balances below USD 500 carry forward; at USD 500 a participant may request a manual Wise or IBAN payout. Partial payment leaves the remainder intact. Private payout details are encrypted and restricted to authorised operations, every status and adjustment is auditable, and a Paid update sends email confirmation. The Monday Briefing subscription is created only after explicit registration consent and email verification and can be unsubscribed at any time. Earnings, traffic, indexing, ranking, Discover, News or AI-search visibility are never guaranteed.
