Contributor Guidelines
Requirements for writers submitting work to World Careers Hub.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Original human-written work
Submissions must be genuinely written by the named contributor and must not be copied, spun, scraped or republished without permission.
Responsible coverage
Articles should provide practical guidance and avoid guaranteed jobs, visas, salaries or outcomes. Recruitment-fee schemes, fabricated vacancies and unsafe advice are not accepted.
Images and permissions
Contributors must own the featured image or hold a publication licence. We may reject images with unclear ownership, embedded advertising or misleading context.
Editing and attribution
Our team may edit structure, formatting, links, excerpts, SEO fields and factual wording. Submission does not guarantee publication. Approved work may be published with the contributor’s supplied name.
Rejection and withdrawal
Work may be rejected for quality, duplication, promotion, rights concerns or policy conflicts. Authors may request withdrawal before publication by contacting the editorial team.
