Our purpose
World Careers Hub publishes practical career reporting and guidance on job search, work abroad, remote work, resumes, interviews, salaries and career growth. Our purpose is to help readers make informed decisions with useful context, identifiable authorship and evidence that can be checked.
Original, human-written publishing standard
Contributor submissions are required to be 100% original, unique and genuinely human-written for World Careers Hub. We do not accept copied, scraped, spun, synonym-rewritten, mass-republished or AI-generated articles presented as human authorship. Editorial review may reject duplication or work that does not add meaningful value for readers.
Authorship and accountability
Published articles carry a visible byline, publication or update date and author attribution. Contributor profiles are designed to show who is responsible for the work and, where supplied and appropriate, professional background or areas of expertise. World Careers Hub remains editorially responsible for material it chooses to publish.
Evidence and source transparency
Material factual claims should be supported by credible sources, with primary or official sources preferred for laws, visas, salaries, deadlines, employer requirements and other time-sensitive information. Career News requires an identifiable organisation and an official source URL.
Images and visual rights
Featured images must be relevant to the article and rights-cleared for publication. Original imagery is preferred where practical; otherwise contributors must use their own image or a properly licensed or royalty-free image that permits publication. Misleading, watermarked, infringing or ambiguously licensed images may be rejected.
People-first editorial approach
We publish for readers first, not to manufacture search rankings. We do not accept keyword stuffing, link schemes, scaled low-value pages or third-party submissions whose primary purpose is to exploit the publication's search reputation. Search visibility is earned through useful original work, transparent authorship, strong sourcing, corrections and consistent editorial oversight; it is never guaranteed.
Commercial transparency
Advertisements, sponsored placements and Dev Global Jobs house promotions are visually separated from editorial content and labelled where appropriate. Advertising does not purchase favourable coverage, editorial follow links, search ranking or endorsement.

Creator revenue pools, trusted outcomes and payouts
Approved authors may participate in a shared author pool equal to 20% of finalized monthly net eligible paid display and video advertising revenue. A separate affiliate pool, also equal to 20%, rewards verified outcomes from signed sharing links: fraud-reviewed trusted reading, verified member referrals and qualifying first paid advertiser conversions. If both pools are fully allocated, the planned maximum split is 20% authors, 20% affiliates and 60% publisher. If no eligible paid-ad revenue is recognized for a month, both base pools and creator earnings are USD 0 regardless of reads or referrals. House ads contribute no revenue, individual ads are not assigned to authors, and raw views, raw clicks, anonymous traffic, self-referrals, refreshes, bots, replayed events and manipulated activity do not earn. Author Tier 2–5 and affiliate outcome units are proportional allocation weights inside fixed pools, not guaranteed dollar-per-thousand rates. First valid affiliate attribution is stored securely for 30 days and suspicious account or network clusters are held for review. Author and affiliate balances, reservations and payout histories remain separate. Finalized balances below USD 500 carry forward; at USD 500 a participant may request a manual Wise or IBAN payout. Partial payment leaves the remainder intact. Private payout details are encrypted and restricted to authorised operations, every status and adjustment is auditable, and a Paid update sends email confirmation. The Monday Briefing subscription is created only after explicit registration consent and email verification and can be unsubscribed at any time. Earnings, traffic, indexing, ranking, Discover, News or AI-search visibility are never guaranteed.
