Professional authorship with transparent attribution.

Approved authors may participate in the World Careers Hub revenue-share programme. After every eligible month closes and passes finance and invalid-traffic review, 20% of net eligible paid display and video advertising revenue forms one shared author pool. If no eligible paid-ad revenue is recognized for that month, author earnings are USD 0 regardless of reads. The funded pool is allocated across eligible published work by trusted verified reads, active reading, completion, meaningful engagement and sustainable reader growth. Raw views, anonymous traffic, author self-reads, bots, refreshes and manipulated activity do not earn; Tier 2–5 is an allocation weight, not a promised dollar rate. Finalized balances carry forward until the USD 500 threshold, when an author can request a manual Wise or bank transfer via IBAN payout. Earnings vary and are never guaranteed.
