Information you provide
We may collect newsletter emails; contributor names, emails, articles, images and metadata; advertiser campaign details and creative assets; advertiser billing, payment-status, refund or credit records and transaction references needed for campaign administration; and information sent through contact channels.
Technical information
Subject to consent and configuration, systems may process page visits, device information, approximate location, referrals, advertising delivery, viewability and validated clicks. Video advertising can also generate first-party events such as starts, viewing quartiles, completions and mute or unmute interactions. Security logs may record technical data needed to protect the service.
Advertising measurement
Advertising reporting uses signed delivery tokens, short-lived or consent-dependent browser identifiers where available, and one-way hashes for deduplication and frequency control. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the advertising event tables. Where optional advertising storage is not permitted, the service may rely on limited server-side technical signals for security, aggregate measurement and frequency protection rather than creating persistent advertising storage in the browser.
How information is used
Information supports subscriptions, submission review, publishing, campaign administration, advertising delivery and performance measurement, billing and reconciliation, refund or credit records, frequency control, abuse prevention, security, auditability, communication and legal compliance.
Consent and lawful processing
Depending on context, processing may rely on consent, a requested service, legitimate operating and security interests or legal obligations. Optional storage should remain disabled where consent is required and not granted.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, database, email, analytics, security and advertising providers may process information for their relevant purposes. Third-party systems carry their own risks and terms. Direct World Careers Hub video creative is served from first-party media storage unless a separately disclosed third-party service is introduced.
Retention and security
We keep information only as reasonably needed for its purpose, disputes, security and legal obligations. Technical and administrative controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may manage optional consent, unsubscribe and request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@worldcareershub.com. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, contractual reporting or legal reasons.
Creator revenue pools, trusted outcomes and payouts
Approved authors may participate in a shared author pool equal to 20% of finalized monthly net eligible paid display and video advertising revenue. A separate affiliate pool, also equal to 20%, rewards verified outcomes from signed sharing links: fraud-reviewed trusted reading, verified member referrals and qualifying first paid advertiser conversions. If both pools are fully allocated, the planned maximum split is 20% authors, 20% affiliates and 60% publisher. If no eligible paid-ad revenue is recognized for a month, both base pools and creator earnings are USD 0 regardless of reads or referrals. House ads contribute no revenue, individual ads are not assigned to authors, and raw views, raw clicks, anonymous traffic, self-referrals, refreshes, bots, replayed events and manipulated activity do not earn. Author Tier 2–5 and affiliate outcome units are proportional allocation weights inside fixed pools, not guaranteed dollar-per-thousand rates. First valid affiliate attribution is stored securely for 30 days and suspicious account or network clusters are held for review. Author and affiliate balances, reservations and payout histories remain separate. Finalized balances below USD 500 carry forward; at USD 500 a participant may request a manual Wise or IBAN payout. Partial payment leaves the remainder intact. Private payout details are encrypted and restricted to authorised operations, every status and adjustment is auditable, and a Paid update sends email confirmation. The Monday Briefing subscription is created only after explicit registration consent and email verification and can be unsubscribed at any time. Earnings, traffic, indexing, ranking, Discover, News or AI-search visibility are never guaranteed.
